“This was my first year with START. Unfortunately and embarrassingly I've had to be rescued twice. These were completely different issues and places (one extremely rare). Excellent and prompt service each time with excellent roadside support. I have been recommending START to others!”

“Found my initial renewal quote was slightly more than a new customer quote. I called and identified the issue and this was rectified so phone service was good. I have not needed emergency services so can’t comment on that aspect.”

“After 30 years with another breakdown service and paying more and more for a deteriorating service, we felt it was time to look into alternatives. Coming with high ratings from "Which" and a better cost to benefits ratio than our present provider, it was not hard to make the choice to switch. 4 stars as not had a need to call them out yet but expecting a good service, should the need arise.”
