“I have only just taken out car breakdown cover with Start Rescue. It is to early to give any feedback as I only took out the policy 2 days ago, However I can say that my initial online experience was exellent as the web page was easy to follow.”

“Roadside rescue not the best on the roadside. Far as having the right scanner to read fault codes.”

Hi, thank you for providing your feedback. While some of our vehicle recovery operators carry equipment to read fault codes, this is not mandatory across our network. Certain models of vehicle are restricted to specific equipment approved by the manufacturer. If you'd like to discuss this further with us, please don't hesitate to get in touch. “Read customer reviews and they seem very happy with your service so thought we would give you a go as i have been a AA customer but prices have gone up way to much and your price seems sensible. Easy to setup with a great price. Many thanks.”

“I chose Start Rescue as it had an easy to navigate website, competitive prices and Which? awarded. I only joined a day or so ago, but so far I’ve been impressed. Time will tell as to whether or not the recovery element is as good as the initial impression. Fingers crossed!”

“Just renewed breakdown policy for 2 cars. All communication with SR have been positive. Motoring articles relevant and useful. Have not needed to use them yet but I have no doubt from looking at other reviews that they will provide efficient service in the event of an emergency. Good prices also.”
