“Easy to join easy to renew. Prices are good. No need of service so far”

“I have not had to use the service yet thankfully, but happy up to now, unlike other services I dint use so my renewal was Lower than expected, I took time to choose start rescue after many reviews, so up to now very happy, i hope I never need it but it gives peace of mind, and i feel with start rescue there not a rip off company, hence the rebate, I don’t mind them making money but I will only know how good they are when I need to, but for now iam happy with their services”

“I have only had to use Start Rescue once recently and that was from home. The service was quick, efficient, and the mechanic was very pleasant and efficient. He took my car to my local garage, delivered it, and I did not even have to be present. Exellent service would recommend you every time.”

“When it first started, the pricing was unbelievably high when I first went with them. Yes, I do understand wage hikes and NI rises, but still nearly double ummm, and classed as admin costs”

Hello Shirley, Thank you for your feedback. We took the step last year to be more transparent to customers, with regards to the fees that we apply to policies. The arrangement and administration fee is for administering your policy and handling breakdown claims, instead of, or in addition to receiving commission from the insurer. We collect our fee within the same transaction, as we used to, but now detail our fee within the breakdown of the price you will pay.
