“I've always been happy at the excellent level of service, even when we had a breakdown last year, I cannot fault the way you dealt with it, making sure we were ok throughout the breakdown and recovery was a really nice touch and one your competitors should be envious about. I've just taken out another policy with you (5 star comprehensive breakdown cover), and I'm extremely happy with the price. With so many levels of service and cover, it was a bargain.”

“The one time I contacted you was about 7am. I was told I'd have to wait till 8am for help. In fact I sorted the problem myself so I don't know whether it would have happened like that. I can't guarantee that I won't break down out of hours!”

“So far so good, taking out a policy, taking out a new policy rather than renewing (change of circumstances) and taking off auto renew all easy, cheerfully done and hassle free. The test will be if we ever have to call them out of course, because that's where service really shows.”

“Although I haven't needed your services. The important thing to me is the low cost for the service and peace of mind. Nowing I have cover when I travel gives me reassurance.”

“I have not yet had to use their service so cannot comment on that. However they offer the same service as the other company I was with, but at a much cheaper price. Also they cover both of our cars, even the older car, reg.in 2006, which the other company would not do.”
