“Struggled to compare Start Recue to RAC, on the Compare the Markey website, but it just seemed stupid to continue with RAC when Start Rescue covered almost the same things for a third of the price.”

“I wanted a vehicle rescue/recovery policy and the usual culprits were silly money. The wife had used Start Rescue, so I decided to give them a go. Very pleased that the renewal price was less than last year, especially as I'd changed my car for a new EV. I've never had need to call them out, but hope that if I do, things will go according to plan.”

“The call handler/operative was extremely preasant and helpful. No pressure was generated inanyway eith to hurry, or buy the product. I have not actually used the breakdown service so am unable to comment.”

“My fan belt snapped whilst picking up my daughter in a dodgy part of Cardiff. I was kept informed at all times even when my phone was dying. The mechanic identified the problem quickly andI was recovered to my home. Recommended to my ex partner who has subsequently joined start.”
