“The one time I contacted you was about 7am. I was told I'd have to wait till 8am for help. In fact I sorted the problem myself so I don't know whether it would have happened like that. I can't guarantee that I won't break down out of hours!”

“So far so good, taking out a policy, taking out a new policy rather than renewing (change of circumstances) and taking off auto renew all easy, cheerfully done and hassle free. The test will be if we ever have to call them out of course, because that's where service really shows.”

“Although I haven't needed your services. The important thing to me is the low cost for the service and peace of mind. Nowing I have cover when I travel gives me reassurance.”

“I haven't actually needed to use them (yet) but I'm glad that they will be there if/when I need them. They offer very good value for money and, most importantly, they reward loyalty.”

“I have been with them for many years. Excellent value for money, in particular as the breakdown starts from home. I used the service a few years ago and I was happy with the results.”

“I have not yet had to use their service so cannot comment on that. However they offer the same service as the other company I was with, but at a much cheaper price. Also they cover both of our cars, even the older car, reg.in 2006, which the other company would not do.”

“I can only review the sign up process as luckily not had to use the actual service. The sign up process was very easy. They offer comprehensive cover much cheaper than the main companies but looking at other reviews this is not at the detriment of the service.”
