“I have only just signed up, and not had a breakdown. The signing up was very easy with everything laid out very well. It was so easy to see the difference between each plan and the various costs. Very good website.”

“satisfied since Joining Start Rescue until January this year when I had need of the service that i paid for. I say service but in truth it did not exist and I had to resolve the problem Myself. Some idiot ran into my car and both cars ended up blocking a busy bus route in a major town and at rush hour Having requested help and explaining my predicament the understanding and help I received was Zilch. I renewed my policy in the hope that the same situation happening again should be very small on the basis that " Lightning never strikes in the same place twice" and that should I have need to call upon you again it will be a simple breakdown. after great consideration I decided to give you a second chance. I hope I do not regret it.”

“My initial call was very good and so was the lady that towed my car. Her "rig" was very impressive and professional as was she. I believe she was with Ravenswood out of Fleet. Very happy so far that I went with your company.”

“Easy enough to sign up, and mid-ranking in terms of cost. Used them rather than a cheap supplier due to Which? award and previous good experience of having to call out in an emergency. The proof of any breakdown insrurance is not the selling process or the price, but when you have to call them out.”
