All seems ok. not used them yet, bit disappointed that they don't send a card with the call center number and details for your wallet but hay ho. easy to use the website. Very good price was with RAC but the price kept going up and up, then I realised they only rescue you within 10 miles. Start rescue is national on 2 star which is nearly half the price of RAC. so all good up to now.

Policy number Start924507 I bought this package yesterday but as yet have not received a confirmatory e mail. The premium has been debited to my credit card. Thank you for looking into this Paul Eddison

Tried to sign up online but was told that my card issuer had refused payment. Tried on another card and again refused. This despite knowing there was absolutely no reason why it should be so. I wanted the cover so telephoned instead. Was dealt with well and 'miraculously' my payment went through on the original card. Card issuer tells me that Start Rescue has not updated its systems to accommodate new, online authorisation requirements which came into effect in March. That needs sorting out.

Fortunately not had the need for a Start rescue call ,so happy to keep that way,3 star rating for the kean affordability of the service, 5 star awaiting any possible call out of Start Rescue, I will remain a customer while prices are excellent,

I have been with your company since 16/08/2013 my policy number is START/922701 (was START118714) I renewed my policy online for £59.12 on 02/08/22 (so I thought) It was not until I looked in the Customer Lounge recently that I found I did not have an active policy. I am pleased to say my renewal taken out on 28/10/22 is now available. I was told that emails were sent to tell me that the renewal of my policy had not taken place but I did not receive any. I hope this does not cancel out any good customer rewards that I had with you.

Cant comment on the service ss not needed to be rescued but it provides what i need (hopefully)when i need it and seems reasonably priced although some sort of discount for nil call outs would have been expected so rather disappointing in that regard
