I have been with your company since 16/08/2013 my policy number is START/922701 (was START118714)
I renewed my policy online for £59.12 on 02/08/22 (so I thought) It was not until I looked in the Customer Lounge recently that I found I did not have an active policy. I am pleased to say my renewal taken out on 28/10/22 is now available. I was told that emails were sent to tell me that the renewal of my policy had not taken place but I did not receive any. I hope this does not cancel out any good customer rewards that I had with you.
