“The only review I can give is one about the value and services they offer. I cant review how good they actually perform because I have not had reason to call them out yet, and I hope it stays that way, hence only 4 stars. They certainly offer value for money especially compared to the deranged prices offered by the big 2. This is my second year with them and the renewal price they gave me was just a few pounds less than I paid last year, but it was less. Compare that to my car insurance company who recently offered me a renewal quote that was almost double what I actually paid for the Insurance from another company, even though I accumalated an extra years no claims bonus. The answer is, do the annual shop around and get the best price that you can, and keep these big companies on their toes.”

“Start Rescue operates a very efficient and prompt service, which I have called on twice in the last 4 years. The first time was for help 50 miles away from home, the second was for assistance at my home address. On each occasion, help arrived within one hour of my call, much to my relief.”

“Arrived on time but unable to repair the vehicle so had a long wait for a recovery vehicle to arrive, if you could talk to a human instead of all online the recovery vehicle could of arrived first”

“Only joined yesterday so can't really give good or bad review yet , my actual cover does not start till 5pm today ! Seemed good for cover tho when purchased it . Just in case my other half has any problems getting home from going on hol . Didn't want her worrying and the price seemed good when I was looking .”

“Being a member of START RESCUE for me has these advantages first the cost of the service is reasonable and that gives the peace of mind that should I have a breakdown there is someone to assist me. Secondly on the few occasions that I have contacted them the staff has be polite and helpful Fortunately I have not needed any roadside help but it can happen to any of us so peace of mind Also this year was cheaper than last which is very unusual but very welcome.
