“Had a gearbox fail so car was undrivable. The rescue company were with me within the hour and the car and I were back home an hour later. Tracking for the recovery vehicle was sent so i knew exactly when the vehicle would arrive. Excellent”

“I have been a member for several years now although never had reason to call the breakdown assistance I know that if I do need help it is there at the end of a phone call.”

“I had a policy that expired over 2 years ago. They've been ringing me regularly for the last 2 years trying to get me to renew! If I wanted to renew in the last 2 years, I would have done. Go away!”

As all policies sold online are set to automatically renew, your new policy is still in place and continues to automatically renew. “I had only joined Start Rescue because the price that they quoted for a year was roughly the same that my wife and I were paying for the AA per month. Shortly after joining Start Rescue my car broke down. I used the app, a local pickup company phoned me within minutes (he was about a mile away). He tracked where I was, hooked up the car and had me home all within an hour of breaking down. I don't usually give 5/5 or 10/10, but Start Rescue certailny deserves five stars. PS: The renewal process is simple and stress free (another reason I'll be staying with them).”

“Service OK but dissatisfied re lack of notification of renewal premium. Looked on my account beforehand and nowhere could I see the cost and was shocked by the increase from last year. It is likely, therefore, that next year I'll opt for cover from my car insurance provider which would have been a lot less.”

“Thankfully I have not had to use their service for a while but there is no way that I am going to give them up. The reassurance that they are there is a must. To be fair on the occasions that they were needed they were in a word fantastic. So much better than AA RAC etc. I would recommend them 100%.”
