“Easy to use breakdown service. Use app to report and get updates. I've only had to use once, but very efficient. Plus price is about 1/3 of what the big companies want. Recommend without hesitation.”

“I have yet to call Start Rescue to a breakdown but the administration and renewal processes impress me. I like the ease of access to contact Start Rescue - a normal telephone number being available, rather than being forced to use 'live chat' and other similar things. I hate these and would leave if they were forced on me. The main attraction is a very attractive price and a discount for renewing.”

“I have not needed the help of yiur service but am grateful that you are only a phonecall away. When I have called you in the past for advice, etc you have always been really helpful and I feel confident that should I break down you will be responsive, to whisk me away to an all expenses paid holiday. “I have had reason to call Start Rescue on two occasions, one while away from my home and the other from my home. Both experiences were very positive and was dealt with promptly. I was kept fully informed while awaiting each recovery and could see the exact location of the rescue vehicle. I am very happy with the service provided by Start Rescue and would definitely recommend their services.”

“Fortunately I've not had to use it yet, but I've given it five stars in expectation of good service. I don't think that I was rewarded anything at renewal of my policy. It just went up! However, one can live in hopes. I don't suppose that anyone reads this anyway!”

“Luckily never had to have a call out. Impressed with staff on the telephone when first took out the policy and the cover given . Easy to renew and appreciation given by discount on renewal . This is my third year with them..”

“ihave been with start rescue a number of years i have only used them once and that was my own fault i parked the car at manchester airport and lefta light on in the car went on holiday 10 days on my return the battery was flat rang start rescue they came in about 30 mins and got me going first class service thanks G Richardson.”
