“We have been with Start rescue for several years, and have two vehicles covered with their 3* policy. The price is very competitive compared with other breakdown providers. Fortunately we have only required one callout in all the time we have had cover. The response on that occasion was first class so we see no reason to consider not using Start Rescue going forward. We also appreciate the offers and advice provided by email.”

“I did NOT want to autorenew. I had no idea that this was going to happen and that you could just steal the money from my account with no reminder or warning. I contacted customer services and no one replied. I am actually horrified you can take money out my account without permission and that you can generally operate like this and it’s not illegal. I feel cheated and robbed.”

“I found the breakdown cover prices very competitive and the renewal prices didn’t jump up drastically. Also the advice given throughout the year at various season times very useful. I would definitely recommend this company to family & friends even though l haven’t had a breakdown as yet.”

“I've been with SR for a number of years and I am very impressed with the simple interface of the app. The auto renewal process is simple giving plenty of time to know payment is due for another year. Cant give firsthand feed back on the breakdown aspect of SR, but having the reassurance that in the event of an incident help is available. The price is realistic of course would always like it reduced, loyalty bonus perhaps, but otherwise well worth considering.”

“Not had to use despite having being with Start for over a decade, website is good prompt communication when asked questions but not as reasonably priced as before I almost moved to another service provider this year for that reason, 10% discount not enough should be more if never had any callouts.”
