“Prompt and friendly engineer but knowledge of electric vehicles was concerning. The problem was the 12v battery so got a jump start and sorted out later.”

“Very reasonable price. Web portal could be slightly more intuitive but it is good. We've been with them for a few years now, although we've not had to call out for support (yet!)”

“I am very pleased that Start Rescue haven't put a large increase on my annual renewal. Many firms do this these days in the hope that you won't notice, or don't have the time to challenge. I find this practice particularly annoying as I come from a culture of looking after customers. As I have, fortunately, not needeed roadside assistance, so cannot comment on this.”

“On the odd occasion I had to use them they were excellent The only comment I would like to mention is why did you choose to renew our cover that I could choose more than one reason because I would choose at the least three”

“Been with Start Rescue for a number of years now. I did receive cheaper quotes, and although I've not had a breakdown, so can't comment on that they're defaqto rated, offer comprehensive cover and at the level I want, so decided not to move Roman alternative provider”
