“I have only just joined so can't comment on the breakdown service. The online process was quite straightforward even for someone not at all tech savvy. I wanted a mobile app and also liked that it was recommended by Which.”

“Have only recently signed up for this and have not used the rescue service yet {and hopefully won`t need to} but the initial sign-on procedure was easy to do and bodes well for the future.”

“Only used start rescue a couple of times and found them adequate, he came out in about 40 minutes and got me going on the last occasion I called them. One thing I am not so happy about is the 30+ percent price increase from last year. I know the cost of things are going up bit it seemed to me a bit steep”

“I had contacted Start rescue to change my husband’s name in to mine. In there email it’s still in my husbands name, he passed earlier last year, so, need to contact them again.”
