“Never had to use the breakdown cover Thankfully 🤞 But it's there if I ever need it. Always been a fair price to renew every year but this year did go up a fair bit 😬”

“Start Recsue came to my rescue in the past when i broke down and were very supportive in assisting get home safely and leaving my car at garage on my choice to get repaired. This is the reason i continue to be service user.”

“Been a member for a few years. Had to call on their services once when I was stuck out in the country. Breakdown vehicle came out quickly and took me home. Great service! This year I took advantage of car hire and airport parking discounts in my membership. Would highly recommend Start Rescue!”

“I broke down, and I called the contact centre. The agent was very helpful, and went through everything efficiently and I was informed that the rescue team would be with me within 1 hour, but in fact they were with me within 20 minutes, and I was able to drive within another. I was very impressed.”

“Been with them for 13 years, every time the assistance has arrived within the target arrival time and only once was I given incorrect advice. StartRescue took the appropriate action against the agent immediately. Also, my premium was slightly reduced this year!”

“I once broke down on a busy road I couldn't push the car on to a safe place I told the lady at start rescue and next 2 police car came and they push the car onto a safe place also because I wait for a while the same lady phoned me every 15 minutes to see if we were OK to me that makes them the best break down service I have ever had and I tried all the big ones and they have never done anything like you have done thank you start rescue”

“Hve been with Start Rescue in the past, always very efficent. When I called they kept in touch with me giving regular updates regarding their arrival time, priority given as I was a lady on my own. Excellent service”

“This review is early days as I have just changed from another organisation. One of my reasons for changing was cost and so far Start Rescue offer very good value though I’ve not had to make use of their service. Another factor was the amount of good reviews and I’ll update if I find the service lives up to them.”

“Just started my second year with Start Rescue. Whilst i havent needed a call out so far I feel confident that if i do ever need to it will run as smoothly as everything else. Signing up is straightforward and everything is written in a clear and simple way. Start Rescue are also very competitely priced, in my experience their customer services deserves the 10/10 that I give it. Not much more to say really except if you are looking for reasonablly priced breakdown cover and great customer services youll find it all here.”
