“Had 1 call out, away on holiday in Norfolk. Took 1 hour to reach us, very polite young lady who got us going. Was told we needed a new battery, we found out later it was a new alternator that was required.”

“Broke down recently, and the automated process didn’t work and so had to ring which took longer. Over 2 hour wait. Once got through on phone it was fine but automated service almost put me off renewing and looked at Green Flag which was a similar price”

“First class service when I broke down. We're there within 10 minutes. Had to be towed home as needed electronic part for computer in car. The guy was friendly and put me at my ease straight away with no worries.”

“Been with Start Rescue for many years now. Never had to use the service for either of our cars but it's nice to know that there's help just a call away. So I can't give an honest opinion about the service but communication has always been good.”
