“Thankfully I've only had the need to use the service once. On that occasion I needed roadside recovery, it was late at night on a busy A road. The recovery truck arrived within 30 minutes and transported me and my car home. While waiting for the recovery truck I was able to keep track of his arrival by using the app. 10 out of 10 for Start Rescue”

“As this is my first experience with Start Rescue I'm unable to give a an accurate assessment until the day comes when I need you. The operator was very good.👍”

“I can't comment about the service as I've never had to use it. However wasn't too impressed with the renewal fee which was well over 50% increase on the previous years price because "the car was older" even though I'd not called out breakdown the whole year - what would it have been if I had had to make a call? Renewal quote reduced after shopping around with better price.”

However, we value our existing customers and always look to provide the best price, which is why renewal savings are automatically included meaning an existing customer would not pay more than a new customer for equivalent cover.
