“I am in the position of being a previous member so I can be better informed about what you have offered in the past. I am happy that I have bought the correct amount of cover but I have never had a breakdown to test what you do. I found the buying process simple enough and I was able to join quickly and with no fuss. I am hoping that with proper maintenance I will not have to test the service but we are never sure, so I hope not to need you.”
