“I could actuually SPEAK to a PERSON- didn't have to rely on EVERYTHING being on line. I can have paper dcuments. The age of my car is NOT a barrier. The person I spoke to was very pleasant andpolite and patient wth me. I got quite excited because it was all completed so easily. I have been at screaming point aa couple of times this week due to other sites LACK of personal contact. So far - can't be faulted. :)”

“I haven't had a breakdown so can't comment on this but I was persuaded by the recommendation from Which? and by the positive reviews I saw elsewhere. I am especially impressed by the renewal quote and the ease of continuing my breakdown cover.”

“I had to use Start services twice during the last twelve months, and both times the whole interaction, from the initial call, to the service and pick up, was excellent! If I was to say something that could be better, was that my wife and our dog, were kept waitng on the M6 for over three hours. Then again it was all sorted and the pick up truck and driver, drove them all the way down to Devon. Well done START!! I have just signed up again!!”

“I had a recent breakdown which involved a recovery vehicle. The responce time was excellent and the driver was very helpful and friendly. Previously I had one other issue and this was also dealt with efficiently. I think START offer a very good overall cost effective service”
