“Always helpful and very fair, concice clear and efficient with all updates and transactions. I’ve not needed their on road services so far 🤞 but if that’s as good as their admin I’ll be happy .”

“In my first year I had to call on their services on 2 occasions. My problems were sorted within a reasonable time frame. I expected these call outs to be reflected in the premium for this year,but they weren't and I had an acceptable uplift in cost. I had no problem renewing. Other insurers should take note if they want customers to remain with them.”

“I've used Start Rescue for seven years. The app works well and a recovery vehicle has always arrived within the quoted time. I get a loyalty discount in spite of calling for assistance. No need to look elsewhere.”
