“Since the last time I used my start rescue I am pleased by the way start rescue has used technology to improve their customer response. But subcontractors are playing catch-up”

“Taking out my breakdown cover was very easy to do online. One of the best things is you are always able to speak to some over the telephone if you need to. All in all very pleased.”

“I didn’t have a spare tyre so when my tyre went they reimbursed me 50 pounds for a new one and now I have a spare tyre so if the tyre goes start rescue can replace it”

“Fortunately, I have not had to try out the efficiency of Start Rescue, but it is good to have all eventualities covered. The experience of others suggested that I good expect a service at least similar to other rescue services.”

“I have been lucky enough to have not needed any of their rescue services yet, so am not able to comment on that. Buying & renewing are super easy, everything very clear to understand & they don't try to rip you off at renewal.”

“I have only had cause to use Start Rescue once since I joined, when I inadvertently lefdt a light on that drained my battery. I had not realised that Start Rescue "contract out" their services, and I found the contractor unfriendly and unsympathetic. However I don't do very much driving, Iand Start Rescue seems generally to be highly-rated, and the price is very competitive compoared to alternatives I looked at, so I hav stuck with it and will conntinue to do so.”

“Simple to get a quote and sign up. Clear quotes and prices. App for reporting breakdown is great. Not used yet but looks promising. The proof will be if/when I have to use the service.”

“I am registered disabled and I have been using Start Rescue for many a year. I haven't used them regularly but when It has been my misfortune to call them due to a breakdown I have found the service that they provided ticking all of the boxes It has an easy to use app, courteous and pleasant receptionists who regularly call back to me to ensure that all is well. The breakdown drivers have always been super efficient in getting me back on the road safely. Breakdowns whether punctures or mechanical have been treated timeously and efficiently I have no reservation in recommending Start Rescue as their breakdown service provider”
