“Service has been good up to now. Was expecting a Premium increase, but was surprised at how much!! ☹️ Will be looking for another provider at next renewal. Since being with you I have ( fortunately) only needed your service once 🙏 The service was provided by a garage only 4 miles away, but took over an hour to come 😞”

“I've been a Start Rescue customer for 15 years and have been lucky enough not to have had a breakdown, but if/when i do i have the peace of mind that i have a trusted breakdown service to rescue me. The fact that Start Rescue has been awarded Which? Recommended Provider for breakdown services multiple times, just goes to show what an excellent service they provide to their customers.”

“Have had a policy a couple of years. This time at renewal I find that I can get the same policy cheaper as a new customer online. If this is the same next year I will leave. It’s poor treating existing customers this way. Stayed due to time restraint.”

“Chose Start Rescue on the basis of a review by Which magazine. Competitive prices and comprehensive website which is easy to use. Amenable to discounting premiums over the phone for long-standing customers. No experience of the actual service as my car has proved reliable so far.”

“We switched from Green Flag due to the cost, value and reviews. It was easy to sign up and to download the App. We’ve not had to call upon a rescue company for years, but always good to have the peace of mind the option is there if required.”

“I have never had to use you yet this year I noticed my price went from £47+ last year to £67+ this year BUT the worst thing is you made this years price £90+ then had the cheek to say look at your discount down to £60+ PLEASE do not insult my intelligence and I ONLY renewed with you as my son checked other breakdown/ rescue offers from other companies and you have ALL done the same thing !!! Hence NO loyalty rewarding NO competitive pricing!!! and why ONE star if there was a NO star box that would have been ticked!!!!!!!!”

“I have only had occasion to call them out once, when iI broke down in the Midlands on my way back from Blackpool, as the car was not suitable for roadside repair I was trailered home, with the minimum of fuss. Splendid service.”
