“I joined partly due to Which recommendations, I also found it really easy to join at a better price than current cover for what looks like the same cover. I found any questions were answered quickly. I do feel the app could be improved as it is very basic and would be helpful to have an account setting so you can check and update any personal info. Also a breakdown of the cover you have. I really liked the option to be able to register that I have hearing issues so have the option of contact via text. Unfortunately I won't find out how good the service is unless I need it but the reviews are very positive and also swayed my decision to join Start Rescue”

“Really helpful when I called in with a breakdown and checked in with me where I was unable to park / wait in a safe place. It's great that they use local rescue companies as this really shortens the waiting time.”

“I had breakdown cover on another vehicle with this Company. When it broke down the response with Start Rescue was very quick and I was towed to the nearest garage. Excellent response, no hassle, excellent service.”

“We had to use Start Rescue a few times,, and in each case they were fantastic, can't recommend them enough. Each time they contacted us after the rescue to ask how it all went and whether we were ok and safe. Marks 10 out of 10.”

“Have changed my vehicle during the previous years cover simply Online , then updated that vehicles registration plate with help from customer support / services, All at the same time, using the chatbox/ contact us link, "which worked". I was called back next day to complete the above, well done Start rescure Team.”

“Have used this company for years and they have come to my rescue on several occasions. The policy cost is well worth the outlay for the professional service which has always been administered in a friendly and understanding way.”

“I have not had to call them for rescue so far, and this is the only reason I haven't given them 5 stars. Their prices are very competitive, they have been very highly rated by Which, and they have been exceptionally helpful and really professional whenever I have spoken to them each year. - I could actually have chosen 4 boxes below - competitive prices, comprehensive cover, Which award, as well as rewarding loyalty at renewal time!”

“Start rescue were quick to respond and kept in contact until recovery arrived. Details of the breakdown/recovery were forwarded so I was aware of who was coming to assist”

“Have been with Start fir several years. Only had to call on their help once and found it was all dealt with efficiently and quickly. Hence I have remained with them. Have the app on my phone so in the case of emergency they are easy to contact.”
