“Never needed them for years but when I did they was no delay and the mechanics solved the problem. Excellent.”

“Have never used Start Rescue since joining, but of course it does provide cover if needed. It would be great if companies like this would reward customers with a no claim bonus if not used, instead of increasing membership costs every year. If S.R. do reward some customers for loyalty it certainly doesn't apply to me !”

“Had breakdown first year I had policy. Prompt, efficient service. Reasonable cost for "any vehicle" cover.”

“Called out once in the last year, car wasn't fixed or towed to a near by garage. Ending up having to call out a mobile car mechanic who diagnosed the problem and fixed my car. So I would say a very poor service from start rescue for a first time use.”
