“I've broken down once and it was one very nasty night the rescue was a bit slow because the recovery agent had only one person working that night the guy was rushed of his feet but he was very good as was the team what took the call they kept ringing me to apologise. So overall it was OK. From me reporting the breakdown it took 5hours to me getting home”

“Generally on the occasions I have had to use start rescue I have been extremely pleased and experienced I high standard of both customer service and breakdown service. However on the last occasion when in attendance then breakdown company seemed rushedand was needing to get to another job. The car could not be fixed roadside so I had to return next day for recovery. On my return I found the battery terminal cover was broken and the felt engine cover had been pulled of rather than unclipped damaging it. So on this one occasion not so positive.”

“Not had to use Start in anger but renewal was excellent, several advanced warnings of renewal with the option of not continuing. No attempt to increase fee under the guise of inflation as some crooked insurer have done. Appear to be a decent and honest organisation”
