“I have been a member of Start Rescue for more years than I care to remember. Their prices are always competitive but until you need them you never really know how good they are. Well last week for the first time, I did need them. I called them out using the app which was great. No call centre or waiting. It even knew my precise location. Help arrived as promised and I was soon back on my way. Absolutely recommend and a very professional, designed for purpose system that works.”

“Used them last year all seems ok but didn’t need any call outs - the only thing I don’t like ( which most breakdown covers do) is the auto renew - I really hate assumptions ! However I managed to remove that service and have gone with them again - very reasonable price !”

“Just got my paper copy of the policy and the paperwork had not been updated and was showing last year's cost and dates. So not as efficient as I thought. Have rung up for it to be amended.”

“Good prices, excellent service and reasonable wait times for recovery. I have cover with one of the 'big two' one of my cars' warranty but from experience I wouldn't rely on it to avoid a 4 hour wait.”

“Only had one break down and it was after 11pm. But when calling for help was told it could take 3 hours. Me sitting in the dark on my own for three hours middle of no where was not great. Had to wake up someone to come help which needed us to return to car next day again..,,”

“I have only had to use Start Rescue's call out once and they did "exactly what is says on the tin" Their rates are very competitive and affordable and I believe that they offer great value. The rewarding of loyalty at renewal time is particularly appreciated and welcome. I am very happy to pay for Start Rescue's cover, hoping that you do not need them, but knowing if you do, that you are covered.”
