“Had to request help in changing a wheel (flat tyre) a few years ago. It was about 4 miles away from home. Took around 50 minutes for help to arrive by which time i had got the spare wheel out ready for changing. Change took place and we were able to drive again without further delay. The service was what I had hoped for.”

“I used Start Rescue and they made the whole process very simple and very effective. Kept me informed at all times and all the timelines were adhered to. My car was going again in under15 minutes. And the whole thing worked very well. Start rescue were really really good.”

“Have only just joine and not experienced the breakdown service as yet but my on-line contact was very efficient and readily understood. The price of cover was very competitive and the extent of cover very good. The complimentary Accident Assistance a potentially valuable service.”

“Been with Start Rescue a few years now. My wife has had need to use their services twice and both were very good experinces - last time being prompt response to having 2 flat tyres and a tow to the nearby tyre fitter to get replacements. Short wait time. Very good service. Thank you.”
