“Been with them for a few years now, with different cars and when I've needed them they were there to help out. No problems. Competitive prices. I have always bought the 5 star cover as you're also covered abroad (just check the age of the car!) I would definitely recommend them. Thanks!”

“All warning lights came on heading round the busiest part of M25. Phoned Start and had help within 20 minutes or so. Vehicle loaded on rescue vehicle with wife and I and simply asked where do you want to go. As we were headed to the New Forest for holiday that's where we were taken by a really helpful,polite Driver who even stopped to allow us a loo stop and a coffee. A potential crisis averted quickly, efficently and no drama. All this for as very competitive price so happy to renew for another year.”

“Just come to the end of my first year of cover. I called them out for a breakdown at home in my last week of cover. The operator called me at the time the recovery were expected and called them to check on their location just as the recovery arrived. They got the car started. Great service.”

“The website is easy to follow. I had one incident when my battery ran out because I'd inadvertently left a light on, and Start Rescue came to my aid fairly promptly and got my car going again with no problem. The chap who came was helpful and easy to communicate with.”

“Had some issues accepting the policy after the quote had expired. The cost had increased by £30 which I was disappointed with. I telephoned and after quite a few misunderstandings the original quote price was established. Hopefully I will not breakdown in the next 12 months but if I do I will be better able to review the service I receive.”
