“When renewing by telephone, because my credit card number had changed, the operator had to recite a large amount of information,advertising etc. I felt this was a waste of time for a renew. The operator was excellent.”

“For a good number years now I have been with Start Rescue and the staff I have dealt with have always been polite and helpful. The price of the policy I have always considered fair. Although I have never had to use the service to date I would recommend them to deal with as a company.”

“I have been a member of Start Rescue for more years than I care to remember. Their prices are always competitive but until you need them you never really know how good they are. Well last week for the first time, I did need them. I called them out using the app which was great. No call centre or waiting. It even knew my precise location. Help arrived as promised and I was soon back on my way. Absolutely recommend and a very professional, designed for purpose system that works.”

“Used them last year all seems ok but didn’t need any call outs - the only thing I don’t like ( which most breakdown covers do) is the auto renew - I really hate assumptions ! However I managed to remove that service and have gone with them again - very reasonable price !”
