“I've not had to use their services fortunately so can't comment on the breakdown. My credit card details have changed since last year so went into my account a few weeks early, to update it. Thought it was done then got email to say payment had failed. They'd tried to use the old card. Took ages going round in circles on the website (I'm a pensioner so tech stuff not easy) till I managed to delete the old card. Payment now taken from new card.”

“New contract. First time. Straightforward options. Prompt, helpful telephone responses unlike most insurance companies. Some 'online' insurers don't even have a phone help-line.”

“I re-joined yesterday (13/03/24) after 5 years, as the cover remains cost effective. I can't comment on the breakdown service as fortunately I've never had to use it & I hope it stays this way, just required the peace of mind!”

“Went away from start as getting too expensive And prices leaped up.ebery year without even using them . However,others just as bad . So go a discount and went back . Let's see what happens when they send me renewal quite ,I never allow auto renewals. 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞”
