I've not had to use their services fortunately so can't comment on the breakdown. My credit card details have changed since last year so went into my account a few weeks early, to update it. Thought it was done then got email to say payment had failed. They'd tried to use the old card. Took ages going round in circles on the website (I'm a pensioner so tech stuff not easy) till I managed to delete the old card. Payment now taken from new card.
