“Loved the idea so bought several stamps and was then disappointed when the ink faded quickly. However, upon complaining, Stamptastic couldn't have been more apologetic and sent a replacement ink pad out immediately which works just fine and am now happily stamping away.”
Hi! Many thanks for providing your review on Feefo. We are delighted that you think our service and Stamptastic Stamp Set is good! The ink should last up to 50 washes on most fabrics (unfortunately not wool or anything coated with Teflon) due to the weave). Hopefully using your stamp set will reduce hours of sewing and ironing labels onto school uniform!

Whilst we are delighted that you were happy with our customer service, we are so sorry that you feel that the product is letting us down.
In regard to fabrics, the ink should last up to 50 washes on most fabrics and shouldn't wipe straight off if left to dry for a few seconds. If you would like to send me some photos of fabric items you have stamped I can investigate why the ink is fading.
Unfortunately in regard to plastic we can't guarantee that the ink will work on all plastics as different manufacturers use different coatings, so it works on some plastics not others, which I appreciate is very frustrating!!

“This was recommend to me by a friend after trying the sewing in name tag and using a sharpie pen to write on items but none of these lasted.
Stamptastic is the best way and it stays on even after several washes and my kids love it.
Downsize is the price, when you have 4 kids like me it becomes expensive but otherwise I will recommend it 100%”

It showed a woman in a super market taking a dump in their freezer isle. It definitely wasn't a hack as you had even commented as you shared it.
