“I rate the company good because they didn't give the conversion to dollars until check-out was complete. I didn't realize when ordering that it was in pounds. The bottom line was a huge shock and not sure if I would have gone through with the order. However, the shipping was fast & packaged nicely.”

We are delighted that you thought our service was good but really sorry that you thought that the product was poor.
I'm afraid we don't guarantee that the ink lasts on plastic as different plastic manufacturers use different coatings. It really is hit and miss with plastic and we are very open and honest about that.
We have offered a full refund but yet to hear back from you.

Stamp too wide across i.e Childs name does got fit on average clothes label. It would have been better to just have Childs initial and surname but there was not advice or guidance at point of order”
“I debated for a few weeks over purchasing a stamp set. They seemed quite expensive compared to my usual ?1 pen! I wish I had bought one years ago. It has drastically reduced the time I spend writing out labels- I have 3 children and each has 6 full days of uniform plus the usual pe kits and bags. I expected it to smudge or be rubbed off easily but it hasnt. I cannot comment on how long it will last through washing and wear but I know the stamp itself will last forever. Would recommend the product.”
“It is great but note it is only of use on flat surfaces. Drinks bottles are too curved. Also you need to print on a white surfac as the ink is black.
When I came to use it so many things were black,like the inside of trousers and jumpers.”
Hi Stella, Thank you! Yes, stamping on a curved edge can be tricky and does require some practice! For black fabrics we suggest stamping on the (usually) white care labels or alternatively using one of our white fabric pens. Best wishes Francesca
