“The service itself was ok. The ink pad is of high quality, however the stamp does not show on clothes labels. When approaching customer service I was informed that it was my fault for picking a fancy font and that I should use the discount code provided to order a new one !!! Umm not very helpful”

“I would recommend the company and the product: I ordered one of the ink pads and two personalised stamps and I'm really happy with the products as they've made it so easy to mark my children's clothing for nursery and school. I've tried iron on labels and fabric pens before and neither was very good but the stamps are great -really clear and well lasting even after several washes (so far) and the little images on them are very cute.”
“I thought the service was outstanding, the product's were very stylish... but i was very disappointed that two of my ink pads were very dry... therefore after only a few washes the ink has faded on the white shirts.
It was very quick & easy to label uniform which is a job I very much dread... but was very excited to do this! I think it's a brilliant invention - but the only let down was the ink pads. After ordering a number of these products for my family members & spending a fortune it had to be mine that were faulty ?”
