“I like the product. This is my 2nd purchase. Unfortunately I didn't realise the ink pad had to remain in the sealed envelope so it dried out, hence need for the 2nd purchase. One star taken off because initially i was given option for free postage but when I applied a 15% discount code I had from my 1st purchase, the free postage automatically changed to 1st class (with no free postage available as an option anymore).
So my so-called saving was no longer a saving as I had to pay for postage. 15% discount was applied but my overall cost was more than I should had paid had the 15% discount been applied to the item with free postage as was the option initially before adding the discount code.”
