“Very disappointed with the fit, very baggy and fabric felt cheap.”

“Had an issue not getting my parcel, emailed 3 times and had no response after 2 international phone calls as im living outside the uk I finally got a promise of a refund as my parcel was returned by royal mail to the company, my refund was not for the full amount so again I had to contact the company and they agreed to refund the full amount, as yet I have not had my refund as they say it takes up to a week, it is well over a week now and it looks like I will have to pick up the phone to them yet again.”

“I had high hopes of the Marie fleece lined trousers but the fabric is nasty: looks and feels synthetic and is harsh to the touch despite being stretchy. Delivery was quick and telephone advice service was very charming. The so-called 'short' length is way too long for someone of 5'2". I'm afraid it was back to a well known high street retailer where short and extra short lengths are available at less than half the price and with nicer cut and better fabric. Returns are not free either! Disappointing.”

“Lined Bella trousers. About 1inch wider and 2 inches longer than other Bella trousers, and the lining stuck to my legs so they neither hung or were tight enough to cling. They went straight back.”

“I ordered a size 10 which fitted well but washed at 30 degrees and they came out massive, more like an 18!!!, in order to not have to get rid I tumbled dried (which is not recommended on the label) and luckily they now fit. Customer service say I must of had a rogue pair (really)”

“Very disappointed with service. Placed order for Marie trousers on 23/9/22 which wasn't dispatched until 29/9/22. Wanted them for holiday - left on 5/10/22 and they still hadn't arrived. We have no idea if they have been delivered now. Have bought previously, but will go to another company in future.”

“I love Robell trousers but I really can't understand how a 32.5 " leg is considered a "tall" range. There are a significant number of us tall ladies around the world with 36" (+) inside leg measurements. Please, please.... if someone could just take this on board. Would love to have the same choices in the full range as everyone else and not just in black and grey. Even an unfinished length of 36"”
