“So I can’t really right a review as my issue is not delt with yet”

“The delivery and service is brilliant, but unfortunately I did not like the seersucker trousers. The feel of the material did not suit me so they had to be returned. I am sure I will be ordering other styles/colours in the future though.”

“Unfortunately although the order was for a size 16, I have been sent a size 10 ! So I am now returning the order – rather nuisance! I will be paying the postage in advance, hopefully to be refunded ASAP together with the right size!”

“I will be returning these trousers tomorrow. Too small for me and too short. Not a particularly nice shape.. however very well made and lovely colour. Am surprised you have to pay for returns. I will think twice before buying from this company again”

“I have shopped with you for many years but can't afford to do so any more. I ordered a pair of trousers that I hadn't bought before, but unfortunately the size and colour were unsuitable. It cost well over £7 to return. I can't afford to pay that amount for trying on a garment! I can only shop online if returns are free. Really sorry! Regards Judy Kirsch”

“So disappointed with the fit of the Bella 09 denims. I returned one pair as I didn’t like the colour although the fir was good and ordered a different colour in the same size. These were all over bigger although still a size 14. It’s really annoying when the sizing isn’t consistent and I’ve got to pay to return them. I shan’t bother again.”
