“Have returned the trousers and am awaiting a full refund. Although a reasonable fit they were too long in the leg and, having a slit at the bottom, could not be altered easily. I look forward to the refund. With thanks, Mrs A E Simpson”

“I found Rose jeans a different fit to ones I already have. Much longer in leg length. Disappointed as only bought online because I assumed they would be the same. Won’t buy online in future.”

“I will be returning these trousers tomorrow. Too small for me and too short. Not a particularly nice shape.. however very well made and lovely colour. Am surprised you have to pay for returns. I will think twice before buying from this company again”

“I have shopped with you for many years but can't afford to do so any more. I ordered a pair of trousers that I hadn't bought before, but unfortunately the size and colour were unsuitable. It cost well over £7 to return. I can't afford to pay that amount for trying on a garment! I can only shop online if returns are free. Really sorry! Regards Judy Kirsch”

“So disappointed with the fit of the Bella 09 denims. I returned one pair as I didn’t like the colour although the fir was good and ordered a different colour in the same size. These were all over bigger although still a size 14. It’s really annoying when the sizing isn’t consistent and I’ve got to pay to return them. I shan’t bother again.”

“Quick delivery. I ordered the Marie Cotton Twill full length trousers in my usual size and far from being on the generous side as indicated on the website they were so small I couldn't even get them on. The clue is in the labelling, which says slim fit jeans!”

“I recently ordered a size 14 trousers but unfortunately they were a little tight. I returned them and asked for a size 16. The returns cost me over £5 but I was under the impression that this cost would be reimbursed if I reordered. I have not received the size 16 or received the refund of postage, just the reimbursement of the cost of trousers! I will NOT be re-ordering any time soon!”

“Very hard to order the right size as every style is a different fit. I buy 14 normally. I pair I had to take in and the other I couldn’t get on. As you have to pay to return I would think twice about purchasing again”
