“Neither pair was flattering and I sent them back.”

“My brown pair faded in the wash, my blue pair went bobbly on the crotch after one wear. Really disappointed in the quality considering the price. They are comfy.”

“My existing Robell trousers Rosa 09 7/8 are a size 8. However when I ordered size 8 this year they are too big & Robell doesn’t seem to make a size 6. What has happened to the sizing?”

“I had to wash the top I ordered as it smelled weird - in fact I thought it might have been worn by someone. As I needed it for the next day I decided to wash it rather than return it . Very disappointing!”

“I ordered the size 12 which was to replace a pair identical that I had worn out. When they arrived they were so tight they could not have been a 12. As postage had to be paid for returns I was not going to order another pair. Very disappointed as I had liked them. Postage makes ordering items that are not free returns now unacceptable.”

“Very disappointed with the cropped trousers which had the seams showing through the material, not a good look for an expensive pair of trousers.”

“I'm usually very pleased with my purchases from you but this time the trousers were too small although I usually always order size 14. I understand that some styles vary so I returned them last week with the intention of ordering the next size up. Most companies offer free returns but I had to pay £7.50 to return them. Rather reluctant now to purchase any more Robell as it could turn out to be a rather expensive commitment.”

“Size 8 pair fit perfectly for a few hours and then soon became baggy didn’t keep its shape. Can therefore conclude not great quality. Took them off as they started to look very frumpy! These are for older ladies, not 30-year olds Next day delivery was great.”

“An excellent company to deal with, but I was disappointed with my purchase (a pair of trousers) and they had to go back. Excellent fit, but the fabric was not as expected”

“Ordered the same trousers I’ve had in the past but they now come much smaller. Measured new ones against the older pairs I have and they are much smaller (2 inches at waist and thinner in the leg).They should all be size 18 (44). Also, a new label is in the recent pair that reads “ streamline”. Now I have to return them for exchange at my own expense. I read advice online to order a size smaller than you are in the Bella style. It’s a good job I didn’t or I would never have got them halfway up my legs. I really like Robell trousers and have never had a problem before. They are good style, materials and flattering. I just hope the next size fits so I don’t have to waste more money exchanging them. They aren’t cheap to begin with.”

“The delivery and service is brilliant, but unfortunately I did not like the seersucker trousers. The feel of the material did not suit me so they had to be returned. I am sure I will be ordering other styles/colours in the future though.”
