“Not very pleased with my purchase, too wide in the leg for me. I cannot return them because I am unable to get to a post office. Very sorry”

“Unfortunately having to return these trousers as they or baggy on the thighs but fitted from the knee down. I've had a number of Robell trousers in the past and I usually size down which I did with this order but very strange fitting and clingy fabric . I was going to order another pair but different style but not from this website as you have to pay for returns £8.95 on top of postage when you order .”

“I purchased many pairs of Robell a few years ago and thought it was time to update my wardrobe. Unfortunately the quality seems to have dropped - the fabric is much lighter in weight, looked and felt like it would crease terribly and soon look shabby when worn. Sadly I've returned this order.”

“Bellbottom trousers ordered at normal size 12 too tight at (below) waist and too long (I am 1.69m). Worse, no returns policy worth the name - pay to return and lots of hassle. The end of a beautiful friendship.”

“There actually was nothing wrong with this order other than the colour was not what I wanted. But my rating of the company reflects having to return 2 pairs of Marie trousers in as many weeks due to poor workmanship. A positive rating will depend on how my complaints are handled.”

“Material very thin. Poor quality for £90. Paid £8 to return as 2nd class postage only covered £20 if lost in post. 1st class postage covered £50 whereas tracked at £8 covered full price. Won't be buying again!!”

“Selected thermal trousers for my Christmas break in the Lake District. Did a four mile walk in not particularly cold weather and my legs were cold. Disappointed as I thought they would be warmer than jeans. Not recommended for cold weather and think I have wasted my money.”

“I purchesed 2 pairs Bella jeans last week, 1 pair size 16 and the other size 18, as my current Robell jeans size 14 are feeling tight! However the size 16 jeans (size 16s?) were extremely small, and although I tried to put them on was unsuccessful!, compared to my current size 14 the waist appeared to be much smaller as was the rest of the jean, I felt perhaps they had been incorrectly sized? The size 18, although I’ve kept them appear to be a very generous size”
