“Unfortunately one of the items I ordered went missing on its way to Royal Mail and I was kindly offered a replacement a week or so after I initially placed my order. I gladly accepted this however, it has now been almost three weeks with no sign of any of the items I have PAID FOR and extremely poor communication from this business. I am moving in three days and can now only accept that I will be out of pocket a significant amount of money - if my order ever does show up, my family won’t be here to enjoy it. I’ve emailed the owner of this business several times and been promised updates that never arrive. I hate to leave a bad review about a small business but the customer service in this situation has been really poor. Hopefully others have a better experience but if I could leave a zero star review, I would.”
