“Negative review initially left following lack of response to an exchange request, however company has since emailed me proof that they did send a prompt response. For some reason this never came through to any of my inboxs, I am unsure whether this is an issue with my email account or theirs. As a result of this email unfortunately not coming through, I have now returned product for a refund and repurchased a different colour elsewhere. Apologies for any misunderstanding.”

“A Brand to Cherish! My wife shared a cot bumper by Dear April through Soren's House when I was keen on buying one for our son. It was a pleasant experience browsing the website and eventually placing the order. Sadly, the item I originally chose was out of stock and got delayed further with production. When I reached out to the team, Claire got in touch and offered a solution to this issue. Within a few days we received anothet cot bumper that was in stock. Fantastic quality of products and we are now eagerly looking forward to our next purchase for the little one!”
