“I can't comment on the product as it is a Christmas present. Despatched quite quickly but have an issue regarding the delivery. Went out on Thursday lunchtime at 1240 and noticed the item lying on the grass next to the road hidden from the house by a bush and nowhere near the front door (and we were in). Luckily it was dry but no notification it was delivered from the carrier or yourself.”

Hello, Thank you for informing us about this. I can see that you were sent a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking information 2 days before the delivery, it may have gone into spam? I am so sorry to hear that DPD delivered the item to a bush, this is absolutely not the service that we would expect from a courier. I will put forward a complaint regarding this. “I ordered and paid for a Kas Kopenhagen Junior bed on 20/5/25. According to the website delivery would be "approx four weeks". It is now over twelve weeks since I placed the order and paid in full and no delivery has taken place. I have received no unsolicitated or meaningful updates. I have put a review on Trustpilot and updated it. I am a very unhappy customer and my patience and understanding ran out weeks ago.”

Items arrive damaged on very rare occasions, and I am so sorry that this has affected your delivery from us.
