“I ordered and paid for a Kas Kopenhagen Junior bed on 20/5/25. According to the website delivery would be "approx four weeks". It is now over twelve weeks since I placed the order and paid in full and no delivery has taken place. I have received no unsolicitated or meaningful updates. I have put a review on Trustpilot and updated it. I am a very unhappy customer and my patience and understanding ran out weeks ago.”

Items arrive damaged on very rare occasions, and I am so sorry that this has affected your delivery from us. “Negative review initially left following lack of response to an exchange request, however company has since emailed me proof that they did send a prompt response. For some reason this never came through to any of my inboxs, I am unsure whether this is an issue with my email account or theirs. As a result of this email unfortunately not coming through, I have now returned product for a refund and repurchased a different colour elsewhere. Apologies for any misunderstanding.”

“A Brand to Cherish! My wife shared a cot bumper by Dear April through Soren's House when I was keen on buying one for our son. It was a pleasant experience browsing the website and eventually placing the order. Sadly, the item I originally chose was out of stock and got delayed further with production. When I reached out to the team, Claire got in touch and offered a solution to this issue. Within a few days we received anothet cot bumper that was in stock. Fantastic quality of products and we are now eagerly looking forward to our next purchase for the little one!”
