“Whilst some of the posters I've received have been lovely and good quality, one A4 sizes posters was delivered in a triangular cardboard boxes, which was flattened in transit and resulted in the poster being damaged with visible creases. It took several weeks to resolve this matter, however I have since received a replacement which was delivered undamaged and Soren House offered me a refund for the damage to the poster and delay in resolving the matter, as a gesture of goodwill. This was much appreciated.”

New parents can be overwhelmed with baby gifts so I wanted something useful, pretty and not the standard pink or blue. I ordered a lovely little gift box containing three muslins and little puffin rattle. It arrived in a timely manner and well packed. The new Mummy was pleased with it 😍”
