“I was very disappointed in the actual mobile it is very flimsy and did not even come boxed But in a plastic wrapping I had thought for the price it would come in a box This is a present for my niece’s new baby”

Hi Susan, Thank you for leaving us a review of this item. These mobiles are handmade from Danish brand Gamcha and are normally outstanding quality. The mobiles are wrapped in cellophane and tied with a ribbon to avoid them getting tangled when posted. We despatch these to you in a Soren's House postal box and the cellophane protects any water damage en route. You are very welcome to return this item for a full refund. Best wishes, Claire

“Lovely selection of baby toys, teddies etc. to choose from fora gift for a colleague and friend who's recently had a baby. Was able to find a cute Miffy teddy and wooden rolling sheep toy suitable for a little one. Ordering and delivery was smooth.”

“I can't comment on the product as it is a Christmas present. Despatched quite quickly but have an issue regarding the delivery. Went out on Thursday lunchtime at 1240 and noticed the item lying on the grass next to the road hidden from the house by a bush and nowhere near the front door (and we were in). Luckily it was dry but no notification it was delivered from the carrier or yourself.”

I am so sorry to hear that DPD delivered the item to a bush, this is absolutely not the service that we would expect from a courier. I will put forward a complaint regarding this.
