“Whilst some of the posters I've received have been lovely and good quality, one A4 sizes posters was delivered in a triangular cardboard boxes, which was flattened in transit and resulted in the poster being damaged with visible creases. It took several weeks to resolve this matter, however I have since received a replacement which was delivered undamaged and Soren House offered me a refund for the damage to the poster and delay in resolving the matter, as a gesture of goodwill. This was much appreciated.”

The print company use Evri, who now no longer deliver or accept parcel tubes which had caused some confusion with our customer team. “Product as expected/described, delivered on time with email updates. Only disappointing thing was the large amount of plastic tape on the box - please switch to sustainable paper tape asap.”

“Lovely, solid little garage. Complex to build due to multiple components. Many screws required which were provided. Great toy although washer gate not so robust and difficult to access. Compared to other garages it’s a sturdy toy.”

“When I ordered the product it said between 4-5 working days for delivery the product came approximately 3 weeks after I placed the order. There was no update on the order. When I contacted Sorens house the lady was very helpful and sent me a link to track the item. The customer service I received was 10 out of 10 but for future reference if a product is going to be delayed an update would be beneficial.”

“The postage process and package was excellent. There was a delay in the posting process hence not 5 starts but this could probably be because this was bought during the festive period and I assume there are often delays with processing orders during these times.”

“Excellent & prompt customer service. Both items arrived inside a paper bag which was very wet due to heavy rain at the time. Thankfully contents not damaged however packing items inside a box would have been more robust. When you live in the countryside weather can negatively impact upon goods not well protected.”

“Ordered a cot sheet which was lovely, unfortunatley I had to send it back as I had ordered the wrong size but I will re-order in the larger size. The only reason for 4 stars rather than five is returns are not free and although I would definitely recommend this shop to others I would likely look at other online shops first who do free returns to see if they offer the product I am after.”
