“Not used trampoline yet. Ordered it as a Christmas present and didnt receive it until after Christmas. Couldnt be bothered with returning it so left it for a birthday present. Delivery not Soren House responsibility but when ordered in mid Dec was implied would arrive before. The parcel then arrived at depot on 23rd Dec but wasnt delivered until 27th - I wasnt allowed to collect despite just being a few miles away.”

“Nice quality product. Unfortunately upon assembling some of the poles rotate after tightening. Will need to glue them to stop them rotating when bubbas is trying to climb it. Still happy with the product and price but will be an issue if I need to disassemble it in future.”

“I have had good experiences with Soren’s house before but on this occasion the shipment went out via DPD but for some reason then got returned to hub automatically and I am still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later. Disappointing.”

Hi Eve, Thank you for leaving us a review. As stated in our terms and conditions we have a 14 day cooling off period for courier companies to deliver delayed and missing parcels. Hi Karina, The delivery charge from the UK to Japan is quite expensive, I'm afraid. We use DHL Express and their rates are automatically calculated at checkout, so this is something that we cannot affect. Best wishes, Sally

“Fantastic range of products but unfortunately the Liewood bottle I ordered had a flaw in the design. For the price I was very dissapointed, my son was looking forward to getting it and couldn’t understand when I said about sending it back so to keep him happy I let him keep it. I have emailed you images but I’ve not had a reply.”

“I contacted customer service to arrange an exchange and didn't receive a response. Having to pay for delivery and then returns is quite expensive, hence will be re-purchasing the item elsewhere.”

“The items we purchased were great quality, but I emailed immediately after purchasing as for some reason one item had been duplicated. Unfortunately despite this, I never received a reply and was charged the full amount a few days later. Good products but bad communication experience.”
