As it helps earphones sound better, the software should run on all apps, Not only dedicated music apps; radio for instance. Why such a restricted territory ?

I only use Sonarwork when I mix my song. When I use it on the whole system it introduces delay, so the video and audio is not synced. I also don't use it when I'm producing in my DAW, because my audio starts crackling. But I do believe my songs translate better to other systems when I mix with Sonarworks

Very good result of measurements but quite time-consuming to carry out 37 measurement points :-( Would be good opportunity to do a "fast measurement" with, for example, only 4 measurements?

I am using the software in an acoustically ridiculous room and I think that it made a big difference which is great, but I am experiencing extremely high latency (218ms).

i really like what it does, but it is running unstable. i am all of a sudden facing crashes in my stable DAW-setup, and when i'm working with other software with sw. in the background, i am having dropouts in sw. itself as well. hope it is a matter of refined settings that i can figure out...

Globally, Sonarworks has changed my monitoring to very good, now my mixs are not suffering from my acoustic's room, which is awesome. That it is for the good part. The bad part is how the software (globally works). I updated the software to 4.4, then the application is not working again, plus it blocks my sound output path. I have to setup my speakers' measurement again !! I previously had my system down for a week, before the transition between trial and purchase works. What else ?

This is the second time I tried Sonarworks and the second time I quit using it too. I work in China and use it for mixing with headphones. Firstly, I am not sure that the difference it makes is so accurate for my headphones. Its quite an extreme difference and if I mix according to the algorithm, the outcome is very heavy on bass... Secondly I find the system straight forward in the DAW but annoying and difficult to use in terms of it's functionality over the whole computer so, for this second trial, I, once again have found it easier just to switch the whole thing off. As a minor point and one that I appreciate you can not fix so easily, I bought a nice set of headphones from the UK for £600 and fully expected them to be on your list but they were not. I was quite surprised but I understand its not reasonable to have all makes there.

sadly the XLR cable for the microphone is missing in the Studio Edition. Beside of that i'm very happy with the product.

Reference 4 is really great. It makes a major difference in my room but the only reason I gave it a 3 is because Reference Systemwide does not work with ASIO. It's the main reason I bought reference is because of Systemwide but having it not work with my DAW is not great. I didn't realize this before I spent $200+ on Reference. I saw this is going to be corrected in the future but you guys have been saying it for years. I feel like I paid too much for this.

Not 5.1 and avid omni with windows does not work. You need to make the software programmable as a plugin in DAW not in OS. Meaning I should be able to use mic in DAW to create profile as many high end studios interfaces will not show up in OS as a sound card but only with the DAW as a plugin instantiated on a track. Not to say you could not have a version for OS and. Version for in DAW. Once the profile created yes of course you can open the profile in the DAW but I had to use a different interface to create profile which means I had to find one.

Works great on desktop. Reason I'm giving just 3 stars is because the mobile version of the app only support Spotify, and I use Google Play Music.

Definitely the experience with the app on the computer is better than on the phone. App behaves like a new output device which means that everything can get processed and adjusted. Sometimes it crashes though, especially when trying to switch between headphones and change the hardware type of connection (i.e. USB to bluetooth) The fact that some very popular headphones are not supported is a real killer. No support for Senheisser Momentum wired nor Bowers & Wilkins PX The iPhone app is not good. First, it has a weird way of connecting to the source app, and with that, Tidal is not supported. A HiFi app first priority should be a HiFi music service and it is not, huge disappointment

I would like to have more control over the EQ bands for the presets for a specific headphone as well as to be able to tune up for a headphone that is not in the list.

Your licensing system is way too convoluted for 2019. Please offer a better solution in the future, like an option for iLok or simply build a more fluid internal system.

This product lacks 20 band equalizer that would allow users to customize the sound to their tastes.

In short, the system is amazing, but the workflow is a bit glitchy. Systemwide isn’t exactly seamless. On a Mac, I notice that every now and then in my output settings, the volume isn’t at 100%. Also, changing outputs or sample rates tends to confuse it, and I end up needing to reset the application. It’s made a big difference to my environment though.

Reference 4 sometimes creates latency that I can't work with and I need to turn it off. Sometimes it doesn't and i"m unsure why. Reference 4 Systemwide needs to have a numerical peak meter so that I can see the peak level being output instead of eyeballing it. This will make it amazing for comparing between my mix and my reference track that's playing from some other app.
