“Got the Kpop pack for Sonarworks VoiceAI, and it wasn't great tbh. The plugin didn't authorize smoothly, so I had to redownload and reinstall. Pretty happy with the plugin overall, though, so keep developing.”

“A nice and easy to use plug in. The analyse and processing stage can be time consuming but it’s not a big thing. I do miss some black soulful voices, hopefully they will come in the near future….”

“Shopping experience is quite good, however finding prices sometimes becomes confusing. From the plugin standpoint, SoundID Reference is a solid product, now paired with the reference plugin come in very handy in order to preview mixes and masters nicely under realistic ambiences using just decent headphones. VoiceAI, on the other side, is not so accurate. Managing the generated files is a tedious task as they use a GUID name, but must be watched closesly so disk space is not exhausted. Results are not extraordinay. Just do a regular job mainly with languages other than english.”

“The site is very organised and the purchase and download process was very easy and straight-forward. So far, I haven't had a need to contact the customer support as I haven't had any issues, however the e-mail communication so far has overall been very satisfactory.”

“So far my experience with Sonarworks was great! Sound ID improved my mixes a lot! So far I only use it for my headphones. The shopping experience was good, I found all information I needed, I never needed the support center.”

“the shopping experience was really good. It worked as expected with no trouble. I had all the info prior my purchase, except for the part in which you sell the software as a multichannel calibration but it doesn't work systemwide with the standalone app.”

“Der Kauf und die Infos waren sehr einfach. Auch die Installation ist schnell gemacht. Insgesamt funktioniert es recht gut und die Bearbeitungszeit ist i.O., lediglich ein paar Artefakte und Aussprachefehler treten bei der Verwendung bei deutschsprachigen Rocksongs auf. Kann an dem Training der Modelle in andere Sprache liegen. Das könnte noch besser sein. Wünschenswert wäre auch die Option seine eigene Stimme oder die eines seiner Künstler trainieren und verwenden zu können. Analog zur Konkurrenz von IK ReSing. Für Backing Vocals aber schon richtig gut und als Idee für eine andere Stimme im Song wenn ein Sänger fehlt auch richtig nützlich”

“I got SoundID Reference for Multichannel during the Black Friday sale, and so far it's been good! Setup and calibration was a bit tedious but there was a noticable difference in sound once it was set up. I use it in the bedroom studio for 5.1 mixing and while it's no cure-all for a bad room, it certainly makes a difference! I only wish that multichannel calibration was available in the standalone app as well.”

“All in all, shopping with Sonarworks was a pretty satisfactory experience with some minor points of improvement. The Good: general information about the products I was interested in were accessible from their respective pages The Hiccup: During the start of the Black Friday sale, there seemed to be a delay reflecting the products' discounted prices. To paint a picture - the Black Friday sale banner was at the top of the site, only for the product prices themselves still be listed at regular price (even during checkout). I decided to delay purchasing anything until the discounts were in effect. The Confusion: I purchased SoundID Reference for Headphones, but the upgrade paths easily visible to me from 'Licenses & Devices' only show me the upgrade paths for SoundID Reference for Headphones & Speakers. I can see that the other upgrade paths are located in 'SoundID Reference > Upgrades', but it would be more intuitive to also have a 'view other upgrade paths' option in 'License & Devices' from the get-go. The Recommendation: A big reason why I chose to purchase SoundID Reference was because of the blog reviews of common mixing headphones and their before-and-afters with SoundID. Would love to see these reviews be at the forefront of the product page so other prospect buyers would see how their individual gear could benefit from the product.”

“Hello my name is Melvin Sanders and I am a Gospel recording. The Sonarworks is a very nice plug-in but could be much better and more useful with a mixture of soulful voices male and female. I love the fact that it is a plug-in and very convenient to use right inside my DAW but please, add more useful quality soulful voices and watch it skyrocket. Thank you”
