The shopping experience was as smooth as it could get. I found the item I was looking for and the download and installation of the software was done in the blink of an eye. Pretty reasonable price for an upgrade as well.

I didn't find it as clear as it could be to see which upgrade I would need to get to the version I wanted. Once I found the version I was looking for the checkout and upgrade experience itself was very smooth!

Not bad overall. The UI/UX of the web pages of each product and the support centre is pretty smooth, but the main page of the Sonarworks is a little bit messy to me.

Purchasing Sonarworks Reference and calibration microphone was so easy… I took advantage of the Black Friday sales and I can say it was worth it! Above all, sonarworks gave me 2 extensions during the demo period! That was amazing to me because I’ve really never come across a vendor that supported my craft like that! My room is treated quite alright but sonarworks gave it that last perfect feel I’ve been missing! Completely erased all my mixing worries in regards to accuracy and tone from my speakers. I am now more confident in my work more than ever! Ultimately, my clients love my mixes better and that’s how I know sonarworks is really helping me win! Thank you sonarworks.

Reference and SoundID Reference is integral to my listening experience, couldn't see myself without it! My only request to Sonarworks is that they improve its stability. I have to relaunch it from time to time when I'm generally listening to my computer audio output. The ProTools plug in version though has been rock solid.

Sonarworks is great way to calibrate your mixing setup and even the balance differences between headphones in use. I use it all the time while working with audio and listening to music. Some issues in Windows with changing between audio outputs and set up, but once get going it feels solid.

Shopping was easy, but it took me two days of troubleshooting the installation because of the international time difference. Customer support was very helpful with resolving my installation issues. The performance of SoundID is as good, if not better than Reference 4. it seems to work more efficiently. The additional profile simulations are useful. I have to restart my PC when it has been in sleep mode for a long time to get it and my Focusrite 2i4 to operate, which I did not have to do with Reference 4. Perhaps a compatibility bug?

Hi Robert, Thanks for your review, we really appreciate it! We're happy to know that overall SoundID Reference is performing well for you, although I am sorry to hear you encountered some trouble at first with the installation. Regarding the sleep issue you have mentioned, we are aware of some sleep-state related issues, so I will reach out to you privately as well to gather more information. Best regards, Zane

I recently upgraded Reference 4 to SoundID Reference for Speakes&Headphones. Shopping was easy, and downloading and installing was no problem at all. Everything went smoothly. Also, the Support Center was very active, sending me information about the product.

First of all, I beg your pardon for my somewhat cumbersome English syntax: I'm a french native speaker. Downloading and installing the software went flawlessly. I then proceeded to customize it to my current equipment. When asked to select my type of AKG headphones, your list showed both a 240 MKII type and the 240 Studio type, but the box of my headphones was labeled: AKG 240 MKII Studio... So I installed both drivers side by side and chose the one that suited me best. Used in conjunction with the built-in soundcard of my PC, ID Reference delivered right away an even sound throughout the frequency spectrum I needed to hear. Next up will be the upgrade to an external audio interface (ARTURIA or AUDIENT) with two separate headphone outputs. The challenge will be how to have two different types of headphones accurately driven by SoundID Reference. I'm eager to experience it!

Don't have much to say. the 21 days demo is great, longer than most other plug ins the one week extra was much appreciated!

I had used the demo version of SoundID Reference before I purchased it. When this time expired they extended this trial time for one week. Support has answered every question during this time, I find the customer experience great.

Works like expected. I would like a better integration in Logic Pro. Especially during bouncing.

shopping and checkout went quickly. after installing clear instructions to set everything up. I like the way you can shape the balance to your liking on top of the calibration. I do sometimes have click issues when running systemwide but that could be a problem on my side.

Sonar work calibrates the speaker, which greatly improves my self-confidence in music production. I can listen to the correct sound without a good acoustic environment. However, my opinion is that the response to my after-sales questions is very slow, and it is difficult to answer my questions in a short time. At present, my questions have not been answered for more than a week. I hope it can improve the efficiency of customer service reply.
