The basic price is OK of course but because the site was so busy I couldn't get on to use the Black Friday offer. As a consequence I had to pay the full whack for my W10. As I said, the price is competitive anyway but if you can't honour offers why make them at all?

I tried to buy some more software last week and the site threw up a forbidden website address and I was wondering if this software was legitimate. Today I see the company has moved from London to Northern Ireland. Is this a Brexit thing? I had to buy from amazon instead. How can I know this software is complying with Microsoft’s policies? Surely I have to use Windows licenses on hardware I sell and then support as an OEM supplier?

I recently purchased an office 2013 license which unfortunately didn't work. First time its happened but disappointing to say the least.

Hi Adrian, You did not even contact us for help! We have a support email and all orders have a 1 year warranty. If we cannot resolve, we refund the orders. Please reply to our email as writing a bad review without contacting us is not the best way to resolve a problem. Regards,

I was disappointed when purchasing my software - Initially when selecting what I wanted I was offered a 10% discount code. When I came to actually purchasing the item the discount was removed!! I had no one to contact so I had to just continue with the purchase but I wanted to make a complaint as I felt this was extremely unprofessional. Please can you rectify and refund me. Many thanks Ben

Hi Scott, We have contacted you via email too. Please read the instructions for upgrading included with your order. You need to use the dummy key to upgrade from 10 HOME.

Not really happy as found out since purchasing Windows 7 to update my laptop from Vista, not only did I lose my email program but also windows is discontinuing windows 7 in January 2020. So Money wasted. Trish Drew

Product was good, aftercare was not so good. Had a problem and after a couple of attempts to help, which didn't work, they just gave up and I heard no more from them! After Software geeks read this review, they did respond and the issue is now sorted.

I sent an email about my disatisfaction and asked for help with an item I bought to make it work properly and I was left with a 10% off coupon instead of something even as small as an explanation

Unfortunately I can’t agree with a lot of reviews for these guys as my experience has not been a good one at all. I certainly wouldn’t buy from them again.

I bought Home and Office 2016 but when I installed it with the Office Key I found that Office 365 had been installed. Somewhat confused I sent an e-mail to the Geeks but no reply. The following day another e-mail and a contact form from the web site were sent. I shave never had a reply from any of these. Later I noticed that BOTH Office 2016 and Office 365 had been installed so I uninstalled 365 and it seems to be OK. If anything goes wrong do not rely on the Geeks to sort it out but good value for the software.

Hi there, We replied to your emails, but you do not seem to be getting our answers. We recommended exactly that! Remove all office apps and reinstall. An embedded 365 app is the problem here, which is pretty common. you are giving us a bad review for something that we did not even sell. Regards,

The Windows 7 operating system file that I ordered did not load on to my system and therefore was unusable for my purposes. Evidently, the purchase price of the file was "nonrefundable" so I was out of the money for this product.

The software I bought, it didn’t work correctly, and the instructions were not clear how to download and install. I still have the Software download on my email, and I don’t know was it download when I click it or no.

The Window 7 which Software Geeks sold me is not Genuine and everytime I get a message from microsoft that the windows program code is not an original code.

Hi there, Means you never activated the software, you have to do so from control panel --- system and security --- system and change the product key as explained in our instructions, which are sent with your order. purchased Windows 7 software - intended to upgrade fromVista. tried to download it - but went into google chrome and nothing else happened - maybe my verson of google chrome is too out of date No telephone help line. No sign of the 'Chat Line' mentioned on web site.

Could not get my purchase to open after download. Tried to get back into the site - access was denied - wrong email- yet I got an acknowledgement by email for my purchase. Wrote to your email address and did not get any response. Very annoyed. £50.00 for nothing.
