“It took three attempts to get the product key I ordered working. There was no urgency in the responses other then apologies even though all the wasted time and energy was all mine. Whilst I now have managed to use the product I ordered, I will be hesitant to come back for my licensing needs.”

Hi Roger, We explained that you must follow the instructions to upgrade from 10 HOME. The process to upgrade is stated in the file "Upgrading 10 HOME to PRO" Regards,

“A little disappointed with product purchased , Microsoft office ,home and student 2019. The detailed product features failed to mention that it dis not contain Microsoft outlook which I would have really liked , if I had known it did not come with it I would not have purchased this particular version. The purchase went well though”

“Bought win7P iso. All good although I could not make a bootable USB that would let me do a clean install. The files all loaded but the fresh install kept hanging up and wouldn't recognise install code. Eventually I Loaded an old copy of Home Premium and then did a windows anytime upgrade which worked fine using the ISO and code so got there in the end.”

“On the 10th of November I bought a Download and licence of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 order # 212033. It works fine but I keep getting a message saying this i 'This copy of Microsoft Office is not activated . Connect your computer to your corporate network to complete activation' . It advises that I need a MAK key. I do not have a coporate Network. Can you supply or advise how I sor the problem Many Thanks Christian”

“I had a problem & below is the response I got, I found the program you suggested was not "User Friendly" I previously purchased Power ISO and found your ISO file gave me the Bootable DVD that I required. Hi Ian, Please read the instructions carefully, Roxio is not mentioned at any point (and it does not create bootable media) Use ISOtoUSB as shown on the image in the instructions. Regards, Jack”

“I downloaded the WIndows 7 Professional version I purchased from you on a 32 GB USB drive (formatted to MS-DOS) as an ISO image. The ideas is to install Windows in my mac (using Bootcamp), but I keep getting a dialogue box saying the installer disk could not be found. Not sure how to proceed from here, as I cannot find any way of running/installing Windows. I have tried following the instructions you sent but they are not working for me. Please help!”

“A bit complicated when you have to create a backup to a cd disc if you have not done this before and have a disc this size available to burn to. I have to go buy a disc to complete my purchase. Bill Cummine”

“I bought Home and Student 2016. It was a bit of a nightmare to download. For an older person who is not a natural, the instructions were not clear enough. After many attempts and liaising with sons who are savvy, it still did not download. I "chatted" to a guy who said it should work! Eventually, on my final attempt, it worked but I had to ignore the on screen instructions and actually use some common sense. I saw quite a number of online comments from others who also had problems so it isn't just me!”
