I was disappointed when purchasing my software -
Initially when selecting what I wanted I was offered a 10% discount code. When I came to actually purchasing the item the discount was removed!!
I had no one to contact so I had to just continue with the purchase but I wanted to make a complaint as I felt this was extremely unprofessional.
Please can you rectify and refund me.
