I couldn't open the zip file without agreeing to buy something from a list of offers and have Windows Vista. Don't want to pay to purchase zip opener. Wish I had of known before purchasing1

Well they advitise showing to poeple that the item is a proper WIN 7 but look like it is a jok they call you to download....... now i do not know how and what to say a bout the sevice . i think it is bad

Happily downloaded the files, but the installation procedure recommended did not work at all, Took a long night or to two to finally install the upgrade by trial and error. Otherwise no complaints, price massively good, issues with Kaspersky etc. But that's computers....... and old men..

I ordered a windows operating system and the serial number wouldn't work so ended up ordering again with the same issue. Ended up resolving with Microsoft..

The key worked, but I assume this is a grey market product. Tried twice to install WIndows 10. Failed after 40% the first time, and with different error message the second time.

Hi Bill, The product/download links are direct from Microsoft and is not a "grey market product". If you're having issues installing Windows, this is a software problem and nothing related to the license key you purchased from ourselves. Hi William, You placed an order on 03/11/2016 and it was delivered instantly upon email, we even have an two auto responses from your servers stating it had been received... We're not quite sure where you get the 10 days from, since you only ordered 3 days ago? Regarding communication, we haven't received any emails from yourself. The product key was not valid and Microsoft said it may be fraudulent when I tried to activate. I was provided another product key by Software Geeks after complaining, but this one did not work either. Finally the third product key activated but it has been a long and painful process. There is no one to talk to - no phone number to reach anyone, file a complaint to trouble ticket, etc. - and their 'online chat' is unmanned. Responses to emails come sporadically. Not sure what is going on there and I would not recommend - too much hassle and not worth the price savings.

Product was fine. Advice on how to install it when problems where encountered? Awful, patronizing, one lined advice , highlighting how much of an inconvience/idiot you are. Only buy if you know exactly what you are doing. Nearly a week later, 3 one lined responses to 5 emails and 2 teenagers. I paid someone to install it.

Sadly unable to upgrade my XP machine got as far as running the DVD-USB installation program but sadly it couldn't find my DVD drive, my machine running 10 refused to install the DVD-USB program so not able to make a bootable disc life getting shorter gave up. I tried Win ISO as the instructions did not match the info on the download so I gave up. It's shame I couldn't buy a disc.

I bought a package which a live chat person said would make it possible to upgrade from windows xp to windows 10, the download didn't work and then the live chat person was not very helpful and I still have windows xp, complete waste of money.

Hi Gemma, It's not possible to perform a direct upgrade from XP to Windows 10. You must perform a fresh install. The emails for the order failed to arrive and I had to chase them. The product itself has failed to load. Following the instructions is difficult for a non- teccy. I got as far as the Installation procedure, but it would not progress beyond the ' Collecting Information' stage. I have started from the beginning on 3 or 4 occasions each time with no success. I contacted you for help and was sent a help link which, apart from some basic ideas, may have been written in a foreign language for all I could understand. One part sd id suggest that Windows needed something like 8-12 hours to download, but having left it running for 30 hours uninterrupted, gave up. I'm thoroughly stressed out with the whole process.

Received the dowloas links for Windows 8 from Microsoft (presumably) and ISO files. Download file doesn't do anything when run and after burning ISO to disk, it won't run, claiming a corrupt file.

HI Timothy, From the error message, this would confirm that the download is corrupt at your end. We would recommend to re-download ensuring your machine doesn't go into standby/sleep mode whilst downloading. Why not contact us for help rather than simply writing a negative review? Softwaregeeks

The Windows 8.1 Pro key I purchased says it is blocked when I try to activate Windows.

Hi Adnan, You're more than likely using the dummy key which is used to upgrade from 8.1 Home to Pro. You cannot activate with this key and must use the unique key sent on the second email. Please get in touch so that we can help. Kind Regards, Softwaregeeks
