The download link does not work and I still haven't received my Windows 10 Pro in the mail yet. So far this is the worst experience buying Windows 10 Pro I have ever had or any other OS.

I purchased the software for one year, or so I thought but somewhere in the small print is an automatic renewal which I do not and did not need so I ended up having to pay for a second year. Not happy with this, it should be made much clearer on the agreement.

Hi Mike, We do NOT sell any kind of subscriptions! You probably have office 365 on your computer, that is a subscription from Microsoft, not ours. Please correct review as we are taking the blame for something we did not sell. We only sell lifetime licenses.

Did not receive my order via email as they told me I would Sent 3 emails regarding this and asked for my money back still waiting for a reply. Live and learn.

This the first time I have Software geeks due to the cost of the word software download which would have been in access of £100 at curry's ( PC world). The process for the download was very good and the software is exactly what I expected for a very reasonable price. I would recommend the company in future Regard My Hardy Isle of Wight

The delivery was good but the actual product did not work as advertised with my version of Mac OS the MS Outlook the reason I bought this product needs to be the latest version of MS Outlook ..... This was Never made clear in the description

Purchased windows 10 and thought installation process would be the same as usual but that was not the case. If you are not highly versed in computers I would not suggest buying software from Software Geeks.

Bought a windows from them. Never worked. A week of reluctant unhelpful bouncing of emails and still does not work. They refuse to refund.

The software was incomplete in so far that the office 2010 did work but when the help files were required they were not there after reinstalling the programme still did not work checked the install and the files were not there so the download was incomplete

Absolutely no support!!! Emailed twice regarding being unable to download and still no response. To date I haven't received an email with the key or confirmation of the transaction! I would not recommend.

I bought Windows 7 Professional iso and key today, downloaded and installed W7 Professional 64 bit but when I try to activate it I get message “ The Windows 7 Professional Product key you typed is invalid for activation”. I formatted the drive and re-installed and made sure I input the correct key but still I got error. Emailed software geeks three times but no response at all. Duff key. Waste of money

Bought a software program,paid for it through paypal UK. I followed all the instructions I received through the email but unfortunately couldnt access the software I had paid for. I submitted a claim through paypal and requested a full refund. Till date the amount has not been credited to my paypal account. I have till Sep 9th, should nothing happen, my request will be transferred to paypal resolution center.

It is a lot better to contact us being that your product has a 1 year warranty than writing a bad review. Bought the software and not been unable to use it. Not compatible with my system which wasn't clear at the time of purchase. Looks like wasted money for me.

Hi Ben, Compatibility of the software must be checked by the buyer in advance as per our returns policy, as being a license seller we are not responsible for compatibility of the software with your computer. You contacted us and we said you should check compatibility with the computer's manufacturer, then did not hear back from you until we saw this bad review. It was just a thing of contacting us again and explaining, we can make an exception. Leaving a bad review is not the best way to solve an issue. Supply was fine but I did not need this and tried to cancel within hours but have been refused. Very poor in my opinion
