“The Window 7 which Software Geeks sold me is not Genuine and everytime I get a message from microsoft that the windows program code is not an original code.”

Hi there, Means you never activated the software, you have to do so from control panel --- system and security --- system and change the product key as explained in our instructions, which are sent with your order. “Brought windows 7 professional, got code emailed over with download links within 5 mins, however after installation windows message informs that the key is not genuine. Not happy.”

Hi Simon, Your product key is 100% valid and working. This message is caused by yourself, not fully activating Windows after installation. If you would have emailed regarding this matter, which would have been quicker & easier than writing this review, we could have helped. Softwaregeeks

“I bought an OS key but according to Microsoft it's not transferable and should never have been sold to me. Not tried to get a refund as looking at Software Geeks responses to complaints and bad reviews gives the impression that they have no desire to help any customers who may have a problem with their purchase.”

Hello "Anonymous", Choice words "not tried to get a refund", nor have you bothered to contact us. Had you had to energy to drop us an email, like you did Microsoft, we could have informed and educated you, that a "non-transferable license does not exist and Microsoft are not the law of the land. “I would never have thought it would be possible to buy Windows 7 Home Premium for just £19.45.!!! Well these guys are great. I installed it and product key worked and was activated in minutes. Would definitely recommend to others. I will be looking at their other products very soon.”

Instructions are included automatically via email and on the website for each and every purchase. No communication from this buyer claiming to have not received, nor asking for help since purchase. Would have thought that he would have popped on the online chat or emailed for help if he's been trying to a full week, right?! Defies logic.

“I bought Windows 7 Professional iso and key today, downloaded and installed W7 Professional 64 bit but when I try to activate it I get message “ The Windows 7 Professional Product key you typed is invalid for activation”. I formatted the drive and re-installed and made sure I input the correct key but still I got error. Emailed software geeks three times but no response at all. Duff key. Waste of money”

“On Hello on March 9, 2019 I Purchase ''original'' Windows 7 from Software Geeks but after installing it i found that they product key that they send me is not valid!I request new key from this site but they didn't respond! Now I am 14 pounds short... DO NOT BUY SOFTWARE FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!”
