“I was pleased to receive the product key for Windows 10 very rapidly. Then I successfully downloaded Windows from the internet and then burnt it to a DVD, from which I loaded Windows 10 onto my computer. All went well until the activation failed. It was then quite a business to phone Microsoft and spend nearly an hour being transferred to different people, entering long ID numbers etc. But it finally worked and Windows was activated. I could have done without the hassle of phoning Microsoft, but I am happy that it worked out in the end.”

“Genuine windows 7 download. Excellent online customer service. My first download seemed to have some files missing so I went to the online chat. I was advised to re-download the ISO. This second download installed without any problems; however it is worth metioning that on the final restart the usb/dvd must be removed otherwise the installation process begins all over again. My first product key would not activate so I went back to the online chat and was given a new key which activated my windows 7 successfully. I would definately recommend Software Geeks.”

“Decided to finally upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 7. Software Geeks was the best price I could find for some legal software. Order process was good, software download appeared to work ok and product key was supplied as soon as the order was confirmed. Had some issues with the installation failing and had to download the software a second time and burn another DVD. Installation worked ok at the second time but not quite as detailed on the instruction sheet. Had to do the basic installation and then download all the updates from Microsoft after. End result is all fine, just took a bit longer than expected, issues were more to do with Microsoft than Software Geeks.”

“The windows 10 pro software works great! I am using it with boot camp on my MacBook Pro to keep tuned in with windows latest and greatest, the only issue I had was with using the supplied link to download a 64bit version if the software, it was really slow and kept losing connection I googled an alternative Microsoft download link which could be resumed if it lost connection and it all installed fine, I just entered the supplied software key when prompted. Thank you for a great and cost effective way to stay up to date with microsofts new operating software.”

“The instructions given in the email to upgrade/install windows 10 pro where very unclear. Im quite tach savvy so I managed to figure it out without using the instructions but for someone who isnt they will struggle. Once I figured it though it was just a matter of putting in the code.”

“Ordered a win 10 pro after my computer was hit by an electrical incident and Microsoft refused to recognise my digital entitlement. As soon as money cleared received an email with activation code which was accepted by computer/Microsoft. This morning it successfully ran it's update programme and all software was updated. No complaints re Software Geeks, ordered and received what I asked for and it is working well.”
