“Purchased Office 2010 and although downloading from the site was an absolute pain; it took 9 tries, each time bar the last failing at 700mb, it eventually got on to the computer. Very good, 7 pretty satisfied.”

“It would have been 5 stars but I don't believe perfection is attainable by mere mortals, so the best it can be is 4. As far as I can tell the software is perfect and the service certainly was. I'll be back.......”

“The price was very good for Win 10 Pro License. The only problem was that the email they sent to me had no license number in it. After I contacted them they quickly sent me the number. Otherwise this rating would Very Good.”

“The Download procedure was a bit different to normal downloads, I had to hunt for this virtualized disk, then there was no sign of setupexe, (not in my 'start' menu like I did on windows 7) but I scrolled down the list and found setup. sorted it in the end. No problems so far, a good buy, I'm very pleased with the result.”

“I bought 2 licenses of Win 7 pro. They did not activate. The phone activation worked for one. I spoke to a Microsoft rep regardingthe other. It was ok.”

“Website, easy to understand and use. deliver of the item was quick. The instructions received were a little odd as actually downloaded differently. My PC actually updated itself the next day which took 2 hours. Very happy with the download, everything working fully. thanks”
