“I was a bit doubtful about buying this service as the price is lower than some but it seems to have gone reasonably well. I paid the fee on line and quickly received the return email with a link to download the windows 10 ISO files, ( 32bit & 64bit). The email also included the activation key. I was trying to activate windows 10 on a laptop which was already loaded with Windows 10. I entered the license key supplied and an error message flashed up saying that the key was not valid for the version of windows I was activating but after this windows was showing as activated, so I hope all will be well. I then downloaded the two ISO files. The 64bit version took 3 attempts but was eventually downloaded successfully. The 32 bit version downloaded in one attempt. I have not actually tried to load either of these to a hard disk. So generally this service has been OK for me.”

“I am very happy with my purchase of Win7 Pro 64bit which worked just fine. The download was a little slow but other than that, the installation went fine as did the activation (by telephone). Overall, excellent value for money.”

“Bought W10 pro OEM and with discount came in at under £20. Key immediately available after purchase and activated windows. Would be nice to get the number on a MS Windows sticker in the post, so it can be stuck on the PC case, but other than that I am very happy in terms of price and service.”

“Purchased Windows 8.1. Initial problems as no email arrived, not in junk folder either. Emailed them and they sent email with download links. Product key wouldn't work so emailed them again and new download links sent and some instructions. Had to work a lot of it out for myself so I feel more instructions would have been helpful as not everyone is technically minded. Eventually got it all working. So far so good”

“From purchase download and installation worked fine with the exception it would not activate with key provided and had to do over phone. Apart from that I'm very satisfied with Software Geeks!”
