Purchased on line but it would not load from the suggested DVD or USB flash drive according to the install instructions. I have wasted the purchase cost.

Hi George, You have more than likely not used the USB/DVD tool as specified in the instructions that were sent. You cannot simply copy an ISO file to USB/DVD and expect it to work. Have tried to contact them for help and they have yet to respond. Can't online chat with them. Product didn't work and no support when I asked for help.

The software did not load properly. I contacted them to get my money back but heard nothing and doubt I will. A waste of £19. Avoid them

This company does not want to know if you have any problems installing their product! Telephone number for help was not in service (Mar 2016) and their online chat is of little help as on the rare occasion they are available, they are deliberately obtuse. Their so-called 'full instructions' could not be considered any more than a rough guide at best. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. I would advise anybody that does not have a degree in computer sciences to avoid this company. They will not accept this criticism, as far as I can see, they never do. Furthermore, you can request a refund but you won't get it!

Hi Katherine, We have taken a look at past correspondence and can see that you did not follow any of the instructions sent in regards to downloading your product. We have replied to every email you have sent. The instructions sent are clear and concise, and cover every step you must take, which you did not follow. If you're struggling following any of the steps as per the instructions, please reply to our last email, from which we heard nothing back from yourself. As far as I am aware ,the purchase I tried to make was not successful . If you have received payment please refund it. The reason my purchase was not successful was for some reason I was unable to pay for your item as your system refused to accept the information given.

Thought I was getting a disc as problems downloading Windows 10, emailed re refund and misleading ad offering free delivery, well as a download it would be! No contact or refund as yet

Hi Paul, Nowhere do we state or advertise that you will receive a disc with Windows 10. It's clearly stated on the product page that you receive download links, instructions and a product key. From the downloads and instructions, you can create your own DVD/USB boot device. Regards, Softwaregeeks

I have not received the product. I have downloaded it on to a cd. 2.38gb. However when i try to open Error. the source disk is not valid or not supported and can not be opened. Come on I need help. I have paid

Email delivery was good and quick but trying to get help installing product was horrific. Phone not answered and was waiting over an hour for a reply on online chat so I gave up. Was also going to purchase Microsoft Word package from company but after the lack of customer service I will go elsewhere

I have not been able to use the software I bought. The process is far too complicated for me to do for myself being a competent but mature computer user not a much younger "techie". I would like to be able to say it's fabulous, but it's not. Just money wasted as I still need to take it to the repairer to get it done.

The software key for Windows 7 was OEM from a machine that was of unknown manufacture and nor recommended by Microsoft. When I politely asked for a refund, I was point blank refused. Rubbish. I will go elsewhere in future.

This has to be the worst bit of software I have ever purchased and was unuseable so I would like my money back. On checking it had 119 items of malware. It was just one mega shopping channel. I feel I was truely conned and would not recommend this site to anyone. The item I bought was Windows Seven which was useless

All downloads are provided directly from Microsoft. We cannot be held responsible for your machine having no anti virus or anti malware software installed which would allow your machine to be infected. This review is in no way related to the Windows 7 software you purchased.

the product was incorrect and asked for a refund within 30 minutes of purchase but received no response whatsoever. I still require the refund

Hi Chris, We cannot simply refund you once we have already sent you a key as per our return policy, even if you ordered the wrong product. We cannot resell the same key to any other customer.

Haven't managed to see if it is working. I am hoping to change from Vista to windows 7 but computer is playing around with repairing Vista at the moment. He P!

Thought the price was too good to be true. The key code was not accepted by Microsoft and could not activate after a clean install. Disappointed.
