Tried to get help online with Windows that I purchased, could not believe the responses as they were so unhelpful - never experienced such poor customer service!

Office 2010 upgrade. Crashed our broadband after each 5 minutes, nightmare to install, so in the end used an old copythat i found in the office. Refund please....

Hi Robert, 1. A download could never "crash" a broadband connection, we're unsure what you mean by that. 2. Once downloaded, you simply double click the .exe file to install. That's it. I bought a product in error and tried to return it. I was referred to the terms and conditions and that it could not be returned. The terms clearly state that I can, but my request has been shrugged off and they will not budge. It's inly £15, so not a lot of money, but it's the principle and the fact that they are ignoring their own terms of reference, for the sale. Thankfully it was not something expensive or important - that would have stung more. I am happy to take this review down if they honor their terms of service and refund policy.

Hi Pierre, As advised numerous times, our refund policy for software ordered in error is clear. Any Software (Download or Pysical) or keycode-only software is non-refundable. Defective keycodes will be replaced, unless they have been ordered in error. We will not be bribed into issuing a refund on the basis that you'll remove your negative review if we do so. This rub me and try fobing me off, after i click on the wrong product they refused to give me back my money even though i have not download the product but i will be taken the matter further and i will tell all my friends and family about this very very bad company

HI Mavis, Nobody is trying to "fob" you off. Our return policy is very clear. We cannot refund a purchase ordered in error once a license key has been sent out, as we're unable to resell that same key to any other person. Paid for windows 7 14 days and nothing no CD, emails geting ignored the only contact is "chat" wasted time (please send me email with details of your order ) awaiting for response. DEFINITLEY NOT RECOMMENDET nightmare

Did not update from Windows 10 Home to Pro. only replaced my Home Edition. Because my original operating system is mounted on my hard drive D: drive. Would not allow me upgrade to Pro Edition, only Home Edition.

Bought a Win10 Pro upgrade for Win10 Home Edition laptop and got a fresh copy of Win10 Home Edition. No telephone number to discuss and their suggested quickest support tool, online chat is offline!

Hi Paul, The windows 10 ISO files from Microsoft contain both the Home and Pro version. If you're machine came preinstalled with Windows 8/10 home, then home will automatically reinstall. Please refer to the purchase notes sent upon purchase on how to upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro. It's very straight forward and you don't have to reinstall/download anything. Online chat is not online over the weekends. It's available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm as clearly displayed. Softwaregeeks

Will never use these again. Asked for advice as I cannot open or download the attached windows premium I purchased ...have sent 4 emails asking for help. Nobody has ever responded...I have just wasted my money and I am very upset. I rate them 0 stars

I cannot boot up from the disc I have burned. and this is the response from Software Geeks ! HI, If you follow the instructions sent you should have no issues booting from disc/USB. You could have contacted us for help rather than leaving a negative review. Softwaregeeks
